- Setting Up Your Workout Press or hold the + and - buttons on the main screen to adjust your workout parameters:
- Reps: The total number of Work/Rest cycles you want to complete.
- Range: 1 to 999.
- Note: The values wrap around. If you press - at 1, it will instantly jump to 999. Pressing + at 999 will wrap back to 1.
- Work: The active duration for each rep.
- Range: 00:05 to 10:00 (Minutes:Seconds).
- Note: Similar to Reps, the timer values wrap around if you go past the minimum or maximum limits.
- Rest: The recovery duration between your active reps. Ranges and wrap-around behavior are the same as the Work timer.
- The Active Workout Once your setup is complete, tap the large START button at the bottom.
- Get Ready: Every workout begins with a brief 3-second "Ready" countdown to give you time to get into position.
- The Cycle: The display will show your current rep count at the top, a large countdown timer in the center, and your current phase (WORK or REST) at the bottom.
- Canceling: If you need to stop your workout early, simply tap the CANCEL button at the bottom of the screen. This will immediately end the session and return you to the setup screen.
- Finishing Up When you complete your final Work phase, the screen will switch to a "Finished" display for 3 seconds. After this brief cooldown, the app will automatically return to the setup screen, saving your previous settings so you are ready for your next session.
